As of October 1st, Veronica Foods Co will no longer ship your UPS order using our account (number). This being said, if you donāt already have one, you will need to contact UPS directly to set up your own account. As a reminder, if any damages occur, you will be responsible for filing your own claim.
When we process your order, we will send you the weight and the measurement so you can create and then provide us with the necessary shipping tags via e-mail. As always, there is an $11.00 material (UPS compliant box) and handling fee which is not refundable should any damage occur. As a reminder, you must pay your VFC invoice in full even ifĀ your order sustainsĀ damage.
