We take your privacy very seriously. We will not sell, rent, lend or in any way allow others to use or see any of your private information. We only request information from you on our order form. This information is used for billing and delivery purposes only. It also allows us to contact you if necessary.

For orders under 50 pounds we use UPS, or the US Parcel Post. We charge only for the cost of shipping. There is no “handling” charge. The shipping prices are at our cost and are calculated by the software on the web site, using the sum of the shipping weights for each product. If your order requires more than one package or “separate shipping”, we will charge accordingly.

For commercial or industrial orders in excess of 50 pounds we will make shipping arrangements with you over the phone.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied and wish to return your selection we will accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive your package. Return the product to the address below via UPS, or Parcel Post, (please keep your original receipt), and remember to insure your package for full value. Remember that shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.
