Established in 1924, Veronica Foods/Delizia Olive Oil company is the oldest, continuously operating olive oil company in the United States. The company has remined family-owned, currently being operated by two generations of entrepreneurial women. In 2005, VFC was the first company to pioneer the concept of stand-alone olive oil and vinegar tasting room bar. This innovative concept of educating the store owners, culinary food experts and consumers oh high quality extra virgin olive oil and vinegars revolutionized the industry. VFC provided education on health, nutrition, chemistry, production methods, quality and freshness of our products.
Behind the Scenes
We travel twice a year to both hemispheres and visit our partner producing mills. We are present during each harvest to ensure our commitment of offering only the freshest, award-winning, highest quality (UP – Ultra Premium) Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Our Mill
In the early 2000’s, Veronica Foods built a state-of-the-art mill in Tunisia, producing our own one of a kind fused oils as well as producing and importing our own certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our underground tank farm was built to preserve the quality of EVOO in cold temperatures.
Our Facility
We operate in a 140,000 sq ft state of the art warehouse, where our oils are stored in stainless steel holding tanks, immediately after delivery and stored under Argon to preserve the overall quality of the oil by slowing down oxidative degradation. Enforcing strict inhouse Research & Development and Quality Control.
Bottle Printing Service
We offer eco-friendly, low waste technology printing with organic ink and no solvents. Providing high volume capacity for custom printing on: 200ml, 375ml and 750ml bottles
Chemistry
All of our oils are analyzed by one of the most credentialed olive oil labs in the world, Modern Olives in Australia.

Veronica Foods analyzes the full chemistry of every olive oil; FFA, PV, Oliec Acid, DAGS, PPP and Biophenols as indicators of freshness and quality. Most recently VFC has added Squalene and Tocopherols. Our oils undergo a sensory evaluation by an independent certified taste panel. We provide the detailed Phenolic breakdown using the only approved method for Evoo.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Veronica Foods developed the Ultra Premum (UP) EVOO Category. The UP standards are used by VFC and their partners to identify the quality of the oils. Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil exceeds the world standard for EVOO making UPEVOO the freshest and finest olive oil in the world today.

Balsamic Vinegar
Our balsamic vinegar partner producer is one of the largest and oldest consortiums in Modena, Italy. As the exclusive U.S. distributor of these vinegars, Veronica Foods offers some of the finest products available on the market. Our vinegars are free of any thickeners, chemicals, additives, sweeteners and coloring.
