Chef's Corner -- White Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette

White Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons white or dark Delizia White Balsamic Vinegar*
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain or Dijon mustard
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons of Greek extra-virgin olive oil*
In a small bowl whisk together the white balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the extra virgin olive oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one week.
